With its piece Sous les étoiles the Mulhous-ian group Noujoum el Leïl pays homage to the famous touaregs who travel through the Sahara using only the stars to navigate. The group brings together artists of different backgrounds, playing melodies and traditional songs from the Maghreb and the Middle East as well as original compositions. Their enthusiastic music blends the rhythms and melodies of North Africa and other parts of the Middle East.
