music − concert film − performance
Saturday 14 January 2012
He is one of those artists whose music just makes you feel good. His joyously off-the-wall and deceptively candid universe expresses itself in subtle melodies and clever lyrics as well as his generosity and talent. And because of this, La Filature offers him carte blanche…

les pieds dans le plat
Pascal Parisot
Somewhere between humour, derision and poetry, the writing of Pascal Parisot is like no other. For Les pieds dans le plat, he dips it, no bathes it in a savoury bouillon of humour, banging on pots and pans to sing us the story of a rather severe canteen lady, of parents who are desperately “eco,” of fishsticks which look more like doormats than swordfish and mushrooms which have never been in a forest in their entire miserable lives …
les pieds dans le plat may also be selected outside the carte blanche format, at the young audiences ticket price

Sieste acoustique
Bastien Lallemant
The writer, composer and performer Bastien Lallemant invites you to come to this concert with your pillow and to lie down, perhaps drowsing, to listen to this acoustic concert. Actors and musicians will play for you their delicate compositions, as light as a butterfly’s wing. A delight for the ears which will end with a cup of tea and a piece of pastry, almost as if you were listening at your own home.

Albin de la Simone
The songs of Albin de la Simone are luminous pop bubbles of refined melody, imbued with a piquant poetry, sharing with us stories of our lives, somewhere between lightness and a strange heaviness, fragility and strength. Having collaborated with, among others, Alain Souchon, Vanessa Paradis, Vincent Delerm, Arthur H, Mathieu Boogaerts and even Iggy Pop, Albin de la Simone travels down a parallel river, going against the codes of French popular music, blithely mixing contradictory rhythms and atmospheres.
