Eve Ledig – Le fil rouge théâtre
This sung theatre for a moving chorus is the second section of a diptych which, with Embrasser la lune (Embracing the moon), deals with the construction of a person at two ages in his or her life, as a small child and as an adolescent. This new piece by the fil rouge théâtre evokes, with extreme sensitivity, the mutation which takes place during the delicate and difficult transition to adolescence, at a time when one is exiled from both one’s infancy and adulthood. In a poetic, delicate setting, five actor/singers make their words, their acting, voices and movement resonate and speak to each other. Together they create a language incorporating the sliding slipping sweep of thoughts, actions and dreams, and in so doing also create a joyous hymn to life.
